You will receive a detailed list of the work to be done and the materials provided. You won’t have to guess about what is included in the price.

  We won’t take any shortcuts on QUALITY.

When you invest in your home, you should expect quality materials and craftsmanship.

       We believe you are entitled to clear           information and good service.

BEFORE THE WORK BEGINS… an Ark representative will meet with you to review the project in detail. At this meeting you will receive a ‘ProjectBook’ containing the following materials.

Contract- a summary of the cost estimate and payment schedule, billing explanation and warranty agreement.

Plan and Schedule— for large projects, you will receive a detailed schedule. For small projects we will jointly determine target start and completion dates.

Pre-construction Review— important business practices including channels of communication and change orders.

Property Guidelines— we respect your privacy and belongings and abide by your “rules” while on your property.

Safety Policy— construction can be dangerous. We want to be sure you remain safe while the work is going on.

Customer Decision List— colors, sizes, materials and other items should be decided upon early enough in advance to ensure that work progresses in an efficient and timely manner.

WHILE THE WORK IS IN PROGRESS… your Ark representative will keep you involved and informed. If you request changes or additional work, we will provide an estimate for your approval before doing the work — no surprises at the end of the project.

WHEN THE WORK IS COMPLETE… one final step ensures that everything is completed to your satisfaction. We will review the project with you and create a ‘punch list’ of any items that need attention. With your final invoice you will also receive a warranty form that provides information about follow-up service and a customer satisfaction questionnaire so you can rate our performance. We want you to be an informed customer and completely comfortable with your project and our business practices.
